Our webshop sells print magazines, subscriptions, affiliate products and some branded merch.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to UK, and ROW. We do not currently ship directly to customers in the EU. Those orders are handled separately by Newsstand UK.
Estimated delivery times: 2-5 business days UK / 5–21 business days worldwide.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on location.
We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., postal strikes, customs checks).
6. Returns & Refunds
As a customer in the UK/EU, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Refund timeline: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods to the original payment method.
Cooling-off period: You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
Exclusions: This right does not apply to digital products once downloaded/accessed.
Condition of returns: Returned items must be in their original and unopened condition.

Return costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring payments until cancelled.

Refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.
